Who are we?

We are a non-profit, non-partisan, community-based, and youth orientated organisation formed in 1991 and incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (NSW).

Our members consist of capable youths who aspire to engage in social participation through community, cultural, leadership, and social activities. Members are drawn from five universities and total to nearly 2,000 diverse individuals of varying ages, educational disciplines, and cultures.

Our activities revolve primarily around community and charitable events. Members are offered the opportunity to connect with the Vietnamese culture, increase their skill sets and develop their networks, both professionally and socially.

In NSW, the State Committee oversees the University VSA branches that operate independently to deliver a tailored experience to their respective members. The State Committee provides support to the branches and coordinate larger scale events that are open to VSA members from all branches.
